WHO WE ARE

Since its inception in 1998 Specialty Services Corporation a Maine based mechanical contracting company has been providing quality service and installation of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems throughout the State of Maine.

If you are looking for straight forward answers to questions you may have, our staff provides the service, maintenance, needed to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of your facilities.

Master Electrical limited to refrigeration

Propane and Natural Gas tech all endorsements up to 500,000 btus
Propane and Natural Gas technician large equipment over 500,000 btus
Universal Certifications for EPA compliance regarding the proper handling of all refrigerants, including AL2 Certification, for refrigeration and air conditioning

Expertise

Certifications & Qualifications

Our technicians are licensed and have been through State of Maine Licensing testing, starting from Apprentice level, to Journeyman, and then to Master level. This ensures the customer that the proper level of expertise is assigned to specific install and service.

Our Technicians stay current with code changes and as licensed technicians are required to enroll in code updates to maintain their licenses.

Specialty Services encourages our personnel to continue their education, all further education is paid for by Specialty Services including licensing fees.

We Recycle

Specialty Services recycles all of the recyclable material from the projects we install or upgrade. It is important to see that the material that can be reused is reused, and the material that is not is properly disposed of.
